Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II 1926-2022
It is with the greatest sadness that today, 8th September 2022, that we have learnt of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Her dedication to duty and public service, her wisdom and experience were truly unique. Having served our Nation with the utmost loyalty and devotion for 70 years, I hope that we as a Parish can come together during this period of mourning to reflect and remember Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II,
I offer on behalf of Wistow Parish Council sincere condolences to King Charles III and all members of the Royal Family.
May this time of sorrow be an opportunity for us to demonstrate locally our great sense of community, as we mourn the loss of our Queen.
